Our Model-How We Learn

TWSLC is a structured yet flexible learning ecosystem designed to support, challenge, and empower learners at every stage of their journey:

Ankur Shaala (Ages 3-14)

Holistic, hands-on learning focused on NIYAM or habits of leadership like curiosity, exploration, and foundational mastery.

Udayan Shaala (Ages 15-18)

Real-world education focused on VINAY or Inner Discipline, emphasizing entrepreneurial thinking, deep inquiry, and social impact.

Udayan School of Social Leadership (USSL) (Ages 19-25

A disruptive, high-impact leadership academy focused on Seva-driven Social leadership, cultivating policy-makers, social entrepreneurs, and community builders through on-ground social transformation projects.

The Arjuna Pathway – Our Differentiated Learning Process

Differentiation is at the core of our progressive education, ensuring that each student experiences an individualized, engaging, and holistic learning process. Our differentiated learning approach is child-centric, focusing on a student’s present abilities and future potential rather than a rigid, one-size-fits-all curriculum.
